These Terms & Conditions apply to all ex-display hot tubs sold by UK Hot Tubs Ltd.
All ex-display hot tubs are:
Thoroughly tested for performance and safety
Deep cleaned and fully serviced
Refurbished as necessary to ensure they are in excellent working condition
Each ex-display hot tub will come with the following:
Brand new filters
A thermal cover
A chemical starter kit
Full training on hot tub setup, operation, and maintenance
Standard delivery and installation*
A 6-month component guarantee
A minimum 6-month guarantee is provided on all key components.
Where applicable, the remaining manufacturer’s warranty will be transferred to the new owner. This may extend the warranty period beyond the standard 6 months.
Ex-display hot tubs are previously used for showroom display purposes only and are sold as such.
Cosmetic wear may be present but will not affect the functionality or performance of the hot tub.
Delivery and installation of ex-display hot tubs is limited to addresses within a 50-mile radius of our showroom:

Standard delivery includes positioning the hot tub in an accessible ground-floor location and basic electrical connection where suitable infrastructure is already in place.
Any additional installation requirements (e.g., crane hire, extended pipework or cabling, site preparation) may incur extra charges.
