An update regarding the servicing and maintenance of your hot tub.

Dear Customer

In light of recent events we would like to let our customers know we will do our very best to take care of you and your hot tub. Until told otherwise, we are still attending service visits at this time but have taken the decision to have the office / showroom staff work from home, meaning the showroom has now been closed. If you require any chemicals etc please email us, give us a call or use the shop on our website and we will do our very best to arrange shipping of items to you as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: For the safety of our customers and our team, if you are self-isolating or showing any symptoms of the coronavirus, we ask that you get in contact with us to let us know and we can postpone your service. Once everything is settled and has resumed to normal, we will re arrange an engineer to come out and complete your service.

If we are able to attend site and carry out your hot tub service, to minimise risk, we will be avoiding direct contact with our customers. To complete the service, please ensure that the hot tub is full, electricity and water supply is available and that we have access to the hot tub area.

We will not be asking for any service forms to be signed and because our forms are digital, we can submit them to you via email (as usual) for your records. To further avoid unnecessary direct contact, any items that you may need to top up on, please let us know. Should payments need to be made for visits, then we will arrange for the office to contact you and take payment over the phone or you can make payments via online banking.

We wish you all the very best through this tricky time and apologise in advance if our usual level of service is not quite as smooth in the short term. If you need anything at all, please let us know.
